How are my credit card and personal information entered online protected?
We are committed to protecting your privacy online. Please reference our
privacy policy for details.
What if there is a pricing error?
Community Coffee Company is not liable for pricing errors. If you place an order
for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order and credit
you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a
pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and
contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist
you with return of the product.
Is it necessary to register online to purchase and what are the benefits of doing so?
In order to maximize the benefits of online shopping, creating a shopper registration
is necessary. In addition to quick repeat ordering capabilities, your profile will
allow us to customize special offers suited to your taste preferences.
How can I change my registration information, including
password and e-mail?
Go to My Account and
log in using your current e-mail address and password. Select the "Edit" button next to your
Billing profile information. Update the applicable account information and select the "Update"
button at the bottom of the page.
How can I find a product to purchase?
Use the Product Search Box located to the right of our logo at the top of every page. Type
in the name or any part of the name of the product you are trying to find, and click on the
"Go" button. Items that contain your search word in their name or description will appear
in the results. Select the link to the product page you would like and then click on the
"Add to Cart" button.
How do I edit the items in my shopping cart?
To change or remove an individual item in your basket, update the quantity box to the
appropriate number or 0 to delete and then select the "Update Basket" button. If you
would like to remove all items in your basket, select the "Empty Basket" link. If you
would like to add or remove items in your basket for the Coffee Club regular shipment,
click on the Club Order box to activate or deactivate the product.
How do I check-out?
Once you have reviewed all of the items in your shopping cart
and are ready to proceed to checkout, select the "Check-Out" button at the bottom of the basket page. If you are not
yet logged-in on the site, you will be prompted to do so. As a repeat visitor, simply enter your password and
e-mail address. If you are a new visitor, you will be asked to create a new account. Once you are logged-in, please
proceed through checkout steps and when done, click on the "Purchase" button.
How can I tell if an order has been submitted successfully?
Once an order has been submitted successfully, you will see a confirmation screen with the order
number. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. If you are still not sure,
please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-525-5583 to look up the order for you.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Please call us at 1-800-525-5583 or e-mail
us immediately and include your name, order number and telephone number. If the order has not already been processed
for shipping, we will gladly make the change.
What is the Coffee Club?
The Coffee Club is a convenient way for you to have your favorite coffee delivered fresh to your door
without having to remember to shop for it when your cup runs low! Please visit our Coffee Club

Can I change, edit or cancel my Club membership at any time?
Yes, our club allows you to change the quantity, type of coffee, delivery address or frequency
at any time. There is no obligation and you may cancel your order if you are not satisfied for any reason.
How do I make changes to my Club account?
To make changes to your delivery frequency, coffee selection, quantity or shipping address, just go to
My Account and log in using your
current e-mail address and password. Select the "Edit" button next to the Coffee Club profile
information. Update the applicable changes and select the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. You
may also call us at 1-800-525-5583 to make changes to your Club account.
Can I give someone a Club membership as a gift?
Yes, a Coffee Club membership is a wonderful gift that provides
recipients continuous enjoyment.
How can I use the Express Order feature?
From the Express Order page, click the box next to all
of the products you would like to include in your order and change the number in the quantity box if you
would like more than one of an item. Once you have selected all of the items for your order, click on the
"Add Items" button listed at the top or bottom of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart to
proceed with the check-out.
How can I use the Quick Reorder feature?
To repeat an order, please log-in through My Account
page. A list of your past orders will appear under your order history. Select the Order ID that you would like to repeat.
Click on the "Re-order" button at the top of this detail page to add the items to your shopping cart.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online payment. If you would like to pay for your
order with a check or money order, please complete an order form
and mail it to the address printed on the form.(Order form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
How do I know that my credit card information is secure?

When are taxes applied to an order?
Orders being shipped to the following states will be assessed the appropriate sales taxes as required by law: AL,
AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, TN and TX. If you are submitting your order by mail or fax, please add applicable sales tax
for your state.

Ground.
- All P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO addresses will be
shipped via United States Postal Service Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We do our best to ship packages the same day for orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2:00 PM CST.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please
allow 7-10 days for all UPS Ground items. Packages shipped Parcel Post via the U.S. Postal Service
to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and destinations outside the Continental United States cannot be tracked
and should be allowed a minimum of 10-14 days delivery time. International orders may require 4-6 weeks delivery time.
Can I ship a package to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, packages to APO/FPO addresses are
shipped parcel post or Priority Mail via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to the email address on file containing your
tracking number. You can also track your package by viewing the order detail in the
"My Account"
section of our website. You may also call us at 1-800-525-5583 or
e-mail
us with your order number, name and ship to address. A representative will respond by the end of the next business day.
How do I go about returning an order?
All orders are backed by Our Promise. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, we will gladly
replace or refund your order. Please call our customer service representatives toll-free at 1-800-525-5583
to arrange an exchange or return of the product.
Will you please mail me a copy of the mail order brochure?
We would be happy to send you a color brochure detailing our distinctive coffee collection. Please
